Product Introduction
Pursuing perfect winding quality is the core of our machine design. This machine adopts a fully servo-driven system (for both winding shaft and traversing shaft), eliminating errors from traditional mechanical transmission and achieving millimeter-precise traversing and constant tension control. Through a unique tension arm angle feedback and adjustable spring mechanism, the system can fine-tune winding speed and tension in real-time, actively adapting to straps of different weights and widths. All of this serves one goal: to minimize “curvature deformation” and “bridging” after winding, ensuring every coil is tight, flat, and visually uniform, achieving a near-perfect winding state.
Main Functions
1) Uses a servo motor for traversing guidance. Winds PP strapping bands with widths from 5 to 19 mm. Select the corresponding strap width on the touch screen for winding.
2) Requires a paper core (mandrel) and features automatic outer-layer film wrapping. After winding is completed, the machine stops automatically, replaces the paper tube, cuts the strapping band, clamps and secures the band head, wraps the outer layer with film, flips the finished coil 90 degrees onto the conveyor belt, returns to the origin, and continues the automatic winding process. The entire cycle is completed automatically.
3) The winding shaft is driven by a servo gear motor. The winding speed is regulated by controlling the angle position of the tension arm. Tension can be adjusted via the spring screw, allowing appropriate winding tension for strapping bands of different weights or widths, minimizing curvature deformation after winding.
4) After winding is complete, the discharged strapping band is automatically moved onto the conveyor.
5) Measurement modes: Two modes available: by length (meter) and by weight.
